New iPhone handlebar dock

4Lock, a nifty multipurpose iPhone dock, has been made available for use on motorcycles.

Created by Italian firm Evotek Engineering, the 4Lock has a nicely designed handlebar mounting, with a one-size-fits-all adjustable bracket.

With the iPhone boasting a range of handy apps, including the TomTom satellite navigation app, and not forgetting the excellent MCN Ride Logger app, the 4Lock dock is a handy and innovative creation, with room in the cradle that allows for you to place a 12V power lead, as the iPhone is not renowned for its long battery life.

The device has a protective cover, protecting the phone from the elements, but is ‘easily opened and closed with one hand’.
