Radical Ducati strays into Guzzi waters
Updated: 19 November 2014
Spanish Ducati modifiers par excellence Radical Ducati have strayed from the L-twin path to create this Moto Guzzi California-based behemoth.
Eschewing subtlety with every atom of its being, the Dirt Guzzi is a dirt-track-inspired variant of a 2003 California 1100, with a new 2-into-1 exhaust system and Supertrapp silencer ensuring it sounds as bilious as it looks.
The Ohlins shocks are 2cm longer than standard, with Hyperpro springs in the forks providing a matching uplift.
A Discacciati radial master cylinder helps boost the braking that will undoubtedly be required as stunned pedestrians struggle to retrieve their weeping children from your path.
