The new CE-approved Alpinestars Roam boot is designed for all-weather use. It features a Drystar liner, claimed waterproof and breathable.

It’s made from synthetic leather, has internal ankle cups, an integrated shank and heel counter. The rubber sole is said to provide a sure footing on wet surfaces.

There are three Velcro straps for secure closure and fit, plus instep and Achilles flex zones for comfort while riding.

The new boots are available in Euro sizes 38-48, and cost £129.95.
