Britain's Got Biking Talent: Kawasaki ZX-10R

1 of 1

This stunning 2005 Kawasaki ZX-10R is just one of the hundreds of bikes entered into MCN’s Britain’s Got Biking Talent competition with Carole Nash.

The annual free competition closes in six days, so if you’ve got a special bike you think stands a chance you’ll need to get onto http://www.britainsgotbikingtalent.co.uk/ sharpish.

The ex-Vivaldi ZX-10R you see here has kevlar bodywork (including the tank and airbox), an ex-Hawk Kawasaki swingarm, ex-Ilmor McWilliams GP bike Marchesini Wheels, Translogic dash, and a vast list of other exquisite parts that have been sourced from race paddocks the world over.

But you needn’t have a high-end race rep to win. There are six categories you can enter your bike into so regardless of your style of machine, you’re in with a chance of reaching the final. The categories are Customs and chops, Classics, Concours and restored, Street modified, Sports and the hotly contested Streetfighters group.
Two bikes from each category will go through to the grand final at Carole Nash Motorcycle Live at the NEC.

Entry is free and easy, just visit http://www.britainsgotbikingtalent.co.uk/ and upload photos of your bike along with a few details. The first five hundred entries will receive a free Oxford Cargo net and one lucky entrant will receive a set of Oxford lifetime luggage worth over £300!

Our expert panel of judges includes globe-trotter Charley Boorman, custom bike guru Jon Quantrell of Hawg Haven and Red Dwarf star Danny John-Jules. They will choose the top 60 bikes for MCN readers to vote on.

Top prize is a VIP trip to a European MotoGP of your choice with Pole Position Travel  with grandstand tickets, paddock pass, flights and hotel.

Second prize is a trip for two to the French battlefields or £500 (£250 each) off a Fly Ride tour with MCI Tours Third is a track day courtesy of ClubMSV circuits.
