Norton expansion continues

Revived Norton Motorcycles at Donington are looking for more staff as production increases.

With the run of the limited edition 961 SE expected to be completed shortly, production will gear up with the Sport and Café Racer MCN tested last month.

Norton says they have roles within the company’s machine facility, production and assembly and within the firm’s web team to be filled.

Specifically they are looking for:

CNC Machine Operator and CNC Programmer Setter Operator.
Both positions are full time in our very modern, high tech manufacturing facility.

The key criteria required for both positions are for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, well organized and focused. 

There are essential requirements and experience needed for both unique roles which include knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems, programming 5 axis machining including Hardinge/Bridgeport, operating vertical machining centres, DelCam, Feature Cam or Powermill programming, 3d profile milling and ball nosing.

Web Professional
A full time professional to develop and provide IT Support and Web Design/Marketing Graphics and marketing copy for Norton Motorcycles (UK) Ltd. 

Specific responsibilities will be to develop marketing material including copy and artwork for use on electronic media (website) as well as printed media such as brochures and other point of sale items.

Essential requirements and experience needed are Adobe Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Photoshop, PHP and MysQL languages and Adobe InDesign. 

Production & Assembly Staff
Again due to the increased volumes of production we are looking to recruit candidates to work within our dedicated assembly team .
