New Aprilia RSV4 official parts line

1 of 10

Aprilia’s stunning RSV4 Factory may have been launched back in April but the manufacture has stalled up until now to release an official line of products, all developed directly from their successful WSB project.

The Italian mark has punched its way back onto the World Superbike scene, even taking a first victory in their comeback season to the WSB paddock at Brno last month.

And as the season draws towards an exciting close, parts and kit developed for factory riders Max Biaggi and Shinya Nakano have now made their way down to the road-going version of the V4.

Clip-ons – £199.99
Supplied with all relevant fitments and brackets are these CNC machined aluminium clip-on bars. When applied they are 15mm higher and 10mm deeper than the standard bars to give a greater all-round feeling of control.

Aluminium lever kit – £159.99
These are similar to those used on the Aprilia World Superbike, however Biaggi and Nakano both use Brembo levers. These are made by Italian race lever specialists De Pretto Moto. They’re CNC machined from aluminium, have a black anodized finish and are windowed to make them even lighter. Both are adjustable.

Adjustable footrests – £599.99
These footrests are entirely CNC machined aluminium and are nine-position adjustable. There is an allowance for fine adjustment of the gear and brake pedal pads, they keep the OE brake switch and allow for the use of a reverse gear command.

Ohlins TTX36 shock – £999.99
This Ohlins shock has been specially developed for the RSV4. It’s fully adjustable and even allows for stroke sensors, head and end brackets made out of CNC machined aluminium.

Akrapovic Evo titanium race exhaust – £1,749.99
This is the same full racing exhaust system as used on the World Superbikes and they’re completely made out of titanium alloy with a carbon fiber muffler. The flanges connecting the pipes to engine’s head are made out of CNC machined aluminium and the muffler bracket is made of carbon fibre. The whole kit weights less than 5kg and give a big torque improvement over 4500 rpm. The gain in maximum power is around 6bhp, but the improvement is evident in the whole rpm range with a maximum of plus 9bhp at 7000 rpm. It is supplied with the three dedicated ECU maps.

Service stand – £144.99
Ultra bling, mega light paddock stand that features the Aprilia RSV4 logo etched out of the high grade steel frame. It’s made by Lightec and is the same paddock stand the WSB team use when working on the race bikes. The wheels are nylon with bearings.

Mirror covers –£34.99
If you’re going to take the mirrors off your RSV4 to do a trackday then you can replace the empty bolt-down points with these covers. They are CNC machined aluminium with laser printed RSV4 logos on them.

Crash pads – £159.99
Made from CNC machined nylon on a CNC machine aluminium base, these pads protect the fairing in event of crash and are fully integrated into bike’s design thanks to the angular shape.

Carbon exhaust cover – £59.99
Made entirely from carbon fibre with an insulation layer, the protection fits on the OE muffler for a sportier look.

Adjustable number plate holder – £129.98
Made from laser cut steel, you can decide on the angle and height you have the number plate mounted. A fixed holder is also available.
