New for 2010: KTM Shockdoctor

1 of 2

One of the latest additions to the new 2010 KTM accessory range is this KTM branded Shockdoctor.

If you haven’t heard of the Shockdoctor before it’s a very simple and hugely useful piece of kit, especially for UK riders.

The Shockdoctor firm, based in the US, has developed a range of high-output blowers that you use to dry your riding kit after getting wet or intensely sweaty.

The system directs ionized, ozone enhanced heated air through bags or blower attachments to dry and deodorize the gloves, helmet, suit or boots.

It has a portable high-output dryer with independent heat and ozone controls and a three-hour, auto-off timer.

You just plug it in and turn it on to dry and deodorize equipment in a few hours.

Furthermore, ozone levels conform to EPA and FDA regulations so it’s safe for use indoors.

KTM hasn’t announced a price for this branded version, but direct from Shockdoctor the systems are around the £90-£100 mark.
