I did the North Wales ride on L-plates

I went to Dragons Rest on Sunday 13 September to join in with the  Reclaim North Wales protest.

I have only been riding since May and I currently ride an old N reg Suzuki GN125 on L-plates

I was very nervous when I arrived but people were happy to see my support. I met up with some friends who all had bikes over 600cc.

We went through Denbigh up to Bala and my mates were very good at staying at a steady speed so I could keep up.

There were loads of bikes on the road and I realy felt part of it.

When we got to Betwys it was mental (in a good way)!

It was better than the TT or a bike show – all shapes and all sizes. Fantastic.
