An English translation of the massively popular GS History by Hans Scheineder and Axel Dr. Koenigsbeck is available to purchase in the UK.

The book, that includes all the bang up-to-date models, feature the F800GS and 650 twins and updates to the R1200GS and Adventure for 2009.

This is THE book of GS, very complete on information, technical data and a lot of pictures – if you want only one book about the GS, this is it.

It’s lavishly illustrated with many BMW library photos and cut away drawings.

Cover price is £25, but for the 1,000 buyers it’s just £15 plus £2 P&P.
