The Jorge Lorenzo helmet design saga continues this weekend at Valencia as the two-time 250cc World Champion is set to wear a Halo 3 ODST helmet.
What’s Halo 3 ODST I hear you ask?
Halo 3 ODST a shoot’em up style computer game for the XBox 360 and, whilst trying to secure second in the 2009 MotoGP World Championship, Jorge Lorenzo will wear a helmet that replicates that worn by the main character in the game.

According to the Nolan Group, Microsoft and their Xbox 360 team proposed customising Jorge’s X-Lite X-802, the make over re-creating the main character from Halo 3 ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper).
Halo is one of the most popular games ever released for the Xbox 360, pervaded by heroism and bravery – “virtues Jorge perfectly embodies” Nolan say.
This special customization has been created by X-lite on their top racing model X-802, used on the circuits by Jorge Lorenzo and all Nolan Group riders.
