his is not what we want, we want FULL SCRAPPING OF ANY PARKING TAX FOR MOTORCYCLES AND BETTER PROVISION OF PARKING FOR MOTORCYCLES AND SCOOTERS.

This is the thin end of the wedge and can only get out of control unless we nip it in the bud now at its source, Westminster City Council. Next demo is planned for Tues, 9th June 2009.
