New test is part of the war on bikes

my brother failed the last of the old style bike tests due to a cyclist jumping a red light causing him to stop mid turn.

Yesterday he failed the new test due to putting his foot down while having to follow an examiner while he walked with a board held aloft.

Two othe riders from the same riding shool failed their tests on exactly the same thing, all three saying the man had been walking too slowly and this did not represent traffic conditions.

What with tests beng so difficult and riders losing their bike entitlements when a licence is sent back, the goverment is doing a fine job in their war against bikes.
