My Yamaha R1 is ruined because of Rossi TT ride!

MCN editor Marc Potter will be riding with Valentino Rossi when the 8-time world champion does a historic parade lap at the TT next week.

Naturally Potter wanted to make sure everyone knew MCN was involved in the Rossi ride, so ordered the R1 to be plastered with MCN logos.

Only one problem… he omitted to tell road tester Adam Child, who is running the bike as his long term test machine. “I couldn’t believe it,” said Child. “He’s painted a moustache on the Mona Lisa. The bike looks awful. He’s ruined it.

“I have to ride 200 miles a day on that bike – people will think I did it. I can’t believe it…” Listen carefully and you can still hear him moaning.
