Women on bikes. What’s not to like?

This July sees the publication of a new 272-page hardback from American author Cris Sommer Simmons, entitled ‘The American Motorcycling Girls 1900-1950.

In the publishers’ own words, it’s “A fabulous, museum quality collection of original period photography of women on motorcycles in the first half of the twentieth century across America.
