Akrapovic road legal cans for Street Triple

Akrapovic slip-ons are now available for the hugely popular Triumph Street Triple. The pair of slip-on titanium or carbon-fibre exhausts has a whopping price tag of £898, and for the following reasons.

The brand has decided on the Hexagon-style silencer to compliment the clean lines of the naked streetbike with a choice of either titanium or carbon-fibre finishes, for the same price.

They’re claimed to boost power to 99.5bhp at the rear wheel at 12,010rpm, a substantial 3.6bhp increase over the stock part.

Triumph’s official aftermarket part is a set of Arrow slip-ons retailing at £599.99 or a stubby race silencer that costs at £749.99.
