A pain in the bum

On the 31st January this year, I attended the MCN show at Excel where I ordered and paid £170.00 for a custom motorcycle seat, from P & P seating ltd.

The sales person that recieved the order told me to ring at the end of February if I had not heard anything. Having not heard from them I rang. I was then told that the base had arrived and that they would begin to manufacture the seat.

I have rung the company several times since, it has now been two months since I placed the order and as to date I still have no seat or idea when it is going to be delivered. Has anybody else had problems with this company?
