These three customs, fresh from sweeping the top spots at the recent Padova Show in Italy, are set to take on America’s finest at the Daytona Bike Week in Florida next month.

Best in show was La Fenice from Italian firm Custombike.

It runs a 1203cc Buell engine in a heavily modified Harley-Davidson Sportster frame, and has a paintjob by Italian specialists Artech Design, who have worked with Ferrari in the past.

Second place went to Dreamachine Motorcycles from Slovenia and its creation Red Carpet.

The massive 23-inch carbon-rimmed wheels are one of the stand-out features of the bike, which runs a 20-32cc V-twin engine built by TP Engineering.

The final podium place went to Cruell from VAV-Tuning of the Czech Republic.

It has a 1203cc Buell XB12S engine in a custom, CNC-machined, billet aluminium frame.
