RATS bikers protest group blockade Westminster City Hall

Congratulations to the riders this morning who protested outside Westminster City Hall by chaining their bikes together outside the main entrance.

The message was loud and clear, when we mean NO we really mean NO and we will not stop until the bike parking tax is scrapped.

This morning a meeting was held at Westminster City Hall by many heads of parking from various councils that are all part of the soon to be illegal Partners-in-parking cartel, headed up by none other than Danny Chalkley, the riders were there to send a warning to other councils that should they follow Danny Chalkley’s lead they too will be meeting the NTBPT campaigners.
