M40 bike crash

This week I was knocked off my bike by an Afghan taxi driver who drove off and left the scene!

My beloved bike was sent flying up junction 15 and me the other way. Fortunately five lads runnning to help me captured a picture by accident and captured the driver and his car – at least the police got him!

Lots of papers and the BBC reported the story appealing for witnesses. I on the day rode by the book as the conditions were bad, he drove accross the hatchings late on to the slip road and clipped my front end.

I have a body full of bruises and a fractured left hand, plus months of recovery and insurance claims. Not a happy bunny.

I need to buy a new lid etc until my insurance comes through.
