Leo Vince £2K Ducati 1098R system

This all new, all titanium two-into-one-into-two Corsa system is the final development of the exhaust for the DFX-Corse Ducati World Superbike team.

It’s made up of no less than 38 sections of titanium, all hand welded and finished off with LeoVince’s all-titanium silencers with carbon fibre tailcones.  

Unique formed header connections are manufactured by LeoVince for the ‘R’ version engine, and special attention has been made to the pipe diameters to make the most of the engines power output. 

The system also boasts two sensor plug points, anti-vibration connecting springs, all internals are gas-flow polished, carbon fibre silencer brackets plus aluminium and stainless mounting kit. 

The system also sheds some weight compared to the stock exhaust of almost 10k, this system comes in under 6.7k.

LeoVince designed the system to World Superbike F.I.M. specification running at 106-107db, but for those customers who have problems with db sound levels LeoVince have included special db reducers in the price.
