Stop this Volvo

It’s incredible when we, as motorcyclists, are being refused to have even have the petrol pumps turned on before we remove our helmets in case we ride off without paying for fuel.

But this guy is repeatedly stealing £90 at a time with a bl**ding Volvo, something’s wrong here isn’t it?
