More DVLA problems

I’ve read all the stories about DVLA and the motorcycle entitlement denial but I’ve got a better one… 

I ride a kawasaki z750 and because of the bad weather I decided to sorn it for a couple of months. So I filled in my forms and sent ’em off. Two weeks later I decided I couldn’t do without my trusty bike, so on the 15th of march I went to tax it, expecting the tax disc to run from the 1st of march, the date I sorn’d it from.

But the post office worker gave me a tax disc that started from the 1st of april… I didnt realise till i got home so the next i took it back. She said she couldnt do anything, I would have to send it off for a refund, so I had no choice but to buy another tax disc that started the 1st of march.

I returned the 1st tax disc and have been told I’m not entitled to a refund by DVLA becouse I’m not the registered keeper! I bought the bike brand new, I’m the only keeper the bike has ever had! I’ve called DVLA and explained everything and they just dont want to know. These people who seem to have it in for us!
