Kawasaki Ninja 250R special

Hi, I just thought I would send you a photo of my Ninja 250cc bike. the reason being is that I haven’t seen another one like it. I’ve added a lot to it. I bought it new last year and within 3 months I was able to customise it.

I got all the stickers made for it. I bought the double bubble and seat cowl direct from kawasaki. the flush mount indicators are from a Suzuki GSXR. They didn’t fit them at first but my man found a way.

The only racing can out for it at the time was two brothers which I wasn’t keen on so I bought a can for a Yamaha and modified it. I had to cut off the original can and get it welded on. it has made the bike go an extra 10 mph and there is a power band at 11,000 rpm. As you can see by the photo the bike is tail tidied. This was done by my husband also as you can’t buy a tail tidy for it. I don’t think anyone else in Scotland at least has done this.
