Be on alert when selling your bike

I was emailed by a foreign sounding male calling himself Kerry Brown.

Kerry claimed he was living in France, liked my bike and said he was sending me the full asking price by bankers draft.

He then stated he needed my full name and address but refused to give me his details for the V5 log book or tell me what arrangements were being made to collect the bike.

Alarm bells began ringing and I informed him that unless we met and he was able to furnish me with details the deal was off. I never heard from him again.

Although I have had suspicious activity outside my house and garage by numerous men.
