James Toseland gets Aston Martin sideways

James Toseland gets an Aston Martin sideways in TV’s Fifth Gear tonight.

The MotoGP star takes tips on fast driving and drifting from presenter Jason Plato in a V8 Vantage, then takes the wheel to show what he can do.     

Presenter Tim Shaw says: “You’ve got to watch out for these driving skills here because they are pretty nice.”

During a previous appearance Toseland had told the programme makers an Aston Martin was his dream car.

Toseland shaves 13 seconds off his lap time with Plato’s help.

Now if we can just get the British Touring Car racer to do the same for Toseland’s MotoGP times…
