New MCN October 15: Honda vows to build V4 concept in three years

In this week’s issue of Motorcycle News Honda vows to build the V4 concept motorcycle that was unveiled at the Cologne Motorcycle Show.

Honda says the concept – which was revealed at the show without proper wheels – could be on the road within three years.
