Motorcycle unfriendly police in Lincolnshire

On Sunday 11 May two mates and myself set off on a nice steady run up to Bourne in Lincolnshire.

As we rode up to the A1 at Colsterworth we came across a very motorcycle unfriendly polieman. He pulled two of us but the third got through the traffic.

He proceeded to explain that he was giving us both a fixed penalty fine of £30 for displaying a registration mark “not MOT conforming”. He then proceeded to tell us that small number plates on motorcycles kill.

My number plate is 5mm small in the character height but legal in the other dimensions. To say I’m pissed off by the coppers attitude is an understatement.

So be warned, if you venture into Lincolnshire with a homicidal number plate they will be after you.
