Ken Livingstone to host radio show on LBC

Former London mayor Ken Livingstone is due to take up a new role as a radio broadcaster during the summer, after accepting a job with London-based radio station LBC.

The politician lost out to Boris Johnson during the recent mayoral election on May 1, after courting controversy among motorcyclists by refusing to allow motorcycles to use bus lanes in London.

Boris Johnson had pledged to grant motorcycles access to bus lanes if elected.
