Richard Hammond takes to the road on custom Harley Davidson

Former MCN columnist and BBC Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond is back on two wheels, after taking delivery of a highly customised Harley Davidson Street Glide.

The motorcycle was prepared by London-based dealer Warrs, and features a 200-section rear wheel, bespoke front and rear wings, Screamin Eagle 103 cubic inch motor, ram-charge air box, high-gloss black paint, colour coded front end, Performance Machine Chariot wheels, stealth mirrors, a custom-made antique leather seat, blacked key components, and ‘shark fin’ two into two exhausts.

Warrs employee Charlie Stockwell took charge of the build, with parts and accessories provided by Toby Sleeman. “He ordered it in October and an enormous amount of work went into it,” Sleeman told MCN.

The garage says that Hammond is delighted with the results, rating the motorcycle as the best he’s ever had.
