Brunstrom was always the same

I had the misfortune to serve with Brunstrom (or Brainstorm as he was affectionately known) when he joined the police as a graduate entry.

I believe his degree was in Zoology (very handy) and he was fast-tracked to high office.

As an officer on the streets he was regarded as a liability, woefully lacking in common sense and he was forever getting himself and others into difficulties with his head strong approach to all matters.

This has obviously continued to be the case, and had his unbalanced rantings been directed at any other section of society other than motorcyclists, he would almost certainly have been suspended and expected to fall on his own sword.

Unfortunately, honour has no place in our society.
