Bad road caused my highside

please could you advise riders of a very dangerous piece road at craig goch reservoir i`ve uploaded some photos for you to see, i was highsided off the bike at about 25-30 mph the road was wet at the time, at the moment i have a team of solicitors dealing with it, any comments or advice would be greatly received, and we also found part from another bike!!!
