The RiDER Power survey wants to hear about your helmets. In the wake of the unveiling of the government’s SHARP ratings for crash helmets, knowing what riders really think of their crash helmets has become more important than ever.

The SHARP ratings have sparked controversy, with many helmets by prestige manufacturers failing to net the maximum five stars. Arai roundly condemned the initiative, after its top-of-the-range £500 Arai RX-7 Corsair was awarded only three stars while the £60 Lazer LZ6 netted five stars.

If all this has left you unsure about which helmet would be best to you, check with RiDER Power. The survey has been the definitive assessment of good and bad biking kit for more than ten years.
