How is it in this day and age of the credit crunch that garages are still not looking after potential customers??

I live in the central belt of Scotland. Recently I went to 2 garages to get a price for a rear tyre supplied & fitted and on both occasions they both said that the guy that dealt with it was away- fair enough, so I asked if they could phone me back with a price.

I Gave all my details and low and behold, no response from either, so they lost out on a £100+ income. So, if your in Scotland and looking for tyres, go to Strathaern tyres in Creiff, top quality service and cheap into the bargain.
