Triumph sets date for McQueen t-shirts

Triumph is set to unveil the first in a range of Steve McQueen replica t-shirts on March 24, which would have been the actor’s 78th birthday.

The shirts are officially endorsed by McQueen’s estate, and are modelled on garments worn by the man himself.

The manufacturers association with McQueen dates back to his role riding one of their motorcycles in the film The Great Escape.

The t-shirts feature a vintage Triumph logo on the front, a Steve McQueen Special Edition slogan on the back, and the actor’s signature on the arm.
