Stolen Classic

I read the following article in the Wolverhampton Express and Star and thought it may be of interest. Is it legal to hold on to stolen property once it is known to be stolen??? It appears to me that this chap is having a pretty raw deal.

Not only is he a victim of crime, he has had to do his own investigation to locate the stolen property and now finds himself on the end of a libel suit from the person that is in possession of his stolen machine! Has the world gone totally crazy??
