Remove my helmet? seriously?

I read the MCN story about petrol stations & supermarkets asking motorcyclists to remove their crash helmets… but I never thought I’d see this discriminatory policy being adopted by a shop which makes it’s money solely from bikers.

Please see the attached photo of the sign that’s appeared on the door of Busters motorcycle accessories in Coventry.

I wonder if they realise how stongly we motorcyclists feel about this kind of practice and the message that this sends to the wider public- that we are dangerous and not to be trusted.

If they no longer want the custom of motorcyclists they could not send a clearer signal, and an immediate boycott of this establishment would send an even clearer message back.
