Pics from our 3,500 mile roadtrip

Here’s a few pics from the trip my mates George, Sam, Rod & myself did in June this year.

We covered 3,500 miles over 2 weeks starting in Northern Ireland, taking in Northern France, the Swiss Alps (Sustenpass, Nufenenpass, St Gothard Pass, Val Tremola cobblestoned road, Grimsel Pass, Grand & Little St Bernard passes etc), Monte Blanc, Val D’Isere, Col de L’Iseran, Col de la Bonnette, Gorge du Verdon, Gorges de l’Ardeche, Gorges du Tarn & the Millau bridge… to name just a few of the awesome places we visited!

Life just doesn’t get much better. Our bikes for the trip were a new BMW 1200 GS, a new Honda CBR600RR, a 2003 Honda Transalp 650 & my 1989 Honda VFR750 FK.

The only major mechanical trouble was a broken chain on the Transalp in Northern France, which was replaced within a few days at a local Honda dealership. Hope you enjoy the pics as much as we did taking them!
