Super speed camera

The latest bombproof all singing/dancing speed camera relies like all other speed cameras on being able to see the vehicle. However, if someone felt so inclined as to cut some thin metal plates roughly to the shape of the toughened glass camera appertures and affix the plates to them with something like araldite it would render it useless at a stroke. Also it would be a very time consuming and expensive job to keep removing them, but again who would do such a thing?!
