Motorcycle bay blues

On my way home from work I decided to stop off at Tesco Pollok (Glasgow) for a wee bit of shopping. Despite this supermarket having a car park the size of our national stadium there are always cars parked in the motorcyle bays, a fact which I decided to point out to the young lad at the customer service desk. His response was interesting: the company which operates the car park had previously used stickers to deter inappropriate parking, however the response from drivers was to threaten legal action as the stickers amounted to criminal damage! I was amazed. It seems you can park your car anywhere you like or sue the pants off anyone who tells you otherwise.
