Asda petrol station

Re Asda Spennymoor, Co Durham. I use this place on a regular basis, and have been only asked to remove my crash helmet on one occasion, after a heated discussion with the staff on the subject (with my lid in place may I add), during which I informed them that they may be breaching the discrimination act, I also added that if they asked every one with a head covering of any description there would be no problem. I left after paying for the fuel. I still use the place and have not, up to this moment in time, been asked to remove my helmet, even though they still display the sign. On principle, I will refuse to take off my helmet at any filling station, and If they want to stop me filling up that is up to them, but if they refuse to accept my money after I have filled up, then tough. I will leave my name and address though.
