Honda design philosophy for the CB1100R

I have to say, I love the Honda CB1100R concept. It mixes retro styling with a modern twist and, to be honest, it’s about time Honda made use of their racing heritage and produced something that can challenge Ducati both for style and ability. There is a nagging doubt in my mind though regarding the styling. Is Honda trying out a new design philosophy or is the designer a fan of Dr. Who? I don’t know about you but it looks to me like it has the face of the Cybermen???? You decide.
