Still waiting for part ordered a month ago

On 24 April 2007 I ordered a wavy rear brake disc online for my 1997 Suzuki GSX-R600 from Rhencullen (2005) Ltd (www.rhencullen.net) and am still waiting.

They state in their terms & conditions that you will not be billed until the item is ready to ship however on 30/04/07 I was billed £89.10 (£6 over what the total cost should have been).

I sent them two emails about this & got no response then I tried phoning them using the contact number on the web site (which it turns out is not a valid phone number at all). With a web search I found the real phone number (01455 848838) and  explained what had happened and they took my number and said they would look into it and phone me back, which they never did.

It is nearly a month since I placed the order & still no disc. I wouldn’t recommend other motorcyclists to use this firm.
