TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All prices based on two people sharing a twin/double room £16 per night single supplement applies. You will be asked for a deposit at time of booking, the balance is then payable at the hotel. In the event you cancel anytime before your arrival on your Special Event, the deposit and/or payment will be non-refundable. We recommend that you take appropriate travel insurance. On receipt of your booking you will be sent a confirmation notice. You will then be sent a final itinerary together with further details on your Special Event programme 14 days before your arrival date. Car park charges may apply, please ask at time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and the operation of a Special Event programme is subject to the receipt of a minimum number of bookings. In the case of cancellation your deposit and/or any payment made will be refunded in full only – any additional expenses will not be considered.
