Honda don't have the tools to fix my bike

On the 2nd of April 07 my GL1800 03 plate Goldwing developed an irritating noise when the engine is ticking over. It is now with J R WEIR of perth and will be until the tools to work on it arrive on the 5th July from Japan as no dealerships or even Honda UK stock the tools required to fix it.

Personally I think a dealership or company without the proper tools are as much use as a pub with no beer.

I have a letter ready to send today to Ken Keir managing director Honda UK and to Takeo Fukui managing director Honda headquarters Tokyo.
