Hooked on Blades

Just thought I’d share my bike with everyone. As you can see, it’s not quite standard but I would also like to fit some higher bars for a more comfortable riding position due to damaged vertebrae in my neck. I keep being told that I need to slow down & change my bike to a more upright (naked/tourer) bike as I am now 41 but I can’t bring myself to sell the Blade.

This is my 2nd Blade – RRW was the 1st. I’ve had a Mille, (3 weeks – hated it!), GSX-R1000 K3, ZX-9R, 55 plate Z1000, (4 months) in the 4 years since the first one, and I’ve now gone back to a Blade.

If I could get some higher clip ons (LSL/Sato Racing?) it would still be my perfect bike. If any one has any, or any ideas where to get some, please let me know. Otherwise I might be looking at a KTM Superduke/Superduke R/950 SM or Tuono by the end of the year? As for the Blades, hope you all like them!
