Help:Stupid councils

MCN recently revealed how £250,000 had been spent on speed humps in Islington, London.

This was while the local council claimed it couldn’t afford to fix these dangerous potholes on the same road. 

We laid a challenged to you to help us find an even more stupid council, and we’re still looking.

We’ve had some good nominations, including a road where anti-skid surface has been laid but excess loose chippings not cleared up afterwards, but we’re looking for more.
