Video: Unity ride in London this Sunday

The Unity Ride was started in 2005 to raise funds and awareness for the people affected by the terrorist attacks on London of that year. And it’s just grown and grown. This year it takes place on August 19.

All the money raised going to two charities ‘Children in Need’ & ‘Help a London Child’ (these were nominated and voted upon by the Unity Riders themselves) and also to train future Unity Support Riders. Overheads are being met by personal donations.

This ride is organised by the Unity Ride Foundation a group that has brought together The London Biker Groups with members of both MAG and BMF for this project.

The ride will start from within the Excel Exhibition & Conference Center, east car park (nr London City airport) at 13.00 but there will also be marshaled rides to this assembly point from High Beach (11.00), Ace Café (10.30), Box Hill (10.00), Oakdene Café (11.00) and Poole in Dorset (8.00).
