Bike cop dies making overtake

A bike Cop has been deemed to have died by accidental death last week after being thrown from his unmarked police bike when trying to overtake a Land Rover in North Wales.

Off-duty police officer Phil Paddock tried to revive 46-year-old DC Richard Gostage at scene of the crash on the A5 at Cerrigydrudion. Gostage had clipped a kerb overtaking the 4×4.
