Learn to paint bikes

A new course aims to teach every aspect of painting and repairing bike finishes.

It’s an 11-day intensive course, based at motorcycle/scooter paint shop Paint My Ride in Darlington in County Durham, and covers phases including Preparation and Repairs, Airbrushing, Pinstriping, Standard Painting, Custom Painting and Lacquering and Polishing.

Individual lessons include everything from plastic welding and fibreglassing to flames and metal flake designs. And it will also become a recognised City & Guild qualification.
