Ducati to raise £55m

1 of 1

Ducati’s board of Directors has signed off on the firm’s latest attempt to raise more cash – a deal that should free up almost £55 million.

The 160 million extra shares of the company, worth 80 million Euro, will first be offered to existing shareholders. Any remaining shares will then be offered on the open stockmarket.

If there are still any shares left by the end of the process then the Bank organising the share issue will snap up the rest.
